Fruškogorski maraton

The Fruška Gora Marathon is a sporting competition and recreational event with a long tradition. It takes place in the hilly, forested area of Fruška Gora, near Novi Sad. The routes pass through natural beauty spots and numerous medieval Serbian monasteries, as well as historical and cultural landmarks. The competitive courses are ITRA-certified and serve as qualifiers for the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc. In addition to the competitive courses, there are nine recreational routes that promote a healthy lifestyle and nature conservation.

The competitive courses are ITRA-certified and serve as qualifiers for the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc. There are 14 different routes of varying distances and elevation gains, ranging from an ultra-extreme 134 km marathon to recreational routes. The routes include natural and cultural landmarks, as well as historical sites.
